Boondi Raita

Boondi Raita is a north Indian raita made with spiced yogurt and boondi. It is very easy to make and its loved by all age of group. Try this simple dish at your kitchen.


  • ½ cup plain salted boondi
  • 1 cup fresh curd
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • ½ tsp saunf powder
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • Chopped coriander for garnishing
  • Salt as required


  1. Whisk the yogurt in pan.
  2. Add boondi and mix well.
  3. Now add all dry spices as per your taste. Stir well.
  4. 2 to 3  tsp chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
  5. Add salt as per taste.
  6. Serve immediately along with dinner or lunch.

Servings: 2 persons.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes.
