Methi Ladoo


Methi Ladoo is made from methi n other spices. It is very healthy in winter. Try this simple recipe at your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 50 gms powder fenugreek(methi)
  • 200ml milk
  • 200gms whole wheat flour
  • 150gms ghee
  • 150gms ghee
  • 50 gms crushed almonds
  • 1 tbsp powered edible gum(gund)
  • ½ tsb cardamom powder
  • A pinch saffron strads

Method:

  1. Take a pan dry toast the wheat flour over a slow flame while stirring continuously still it turn golden brown.keep it aside
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan add fenugreek powder and stirring continuously still it turn golden brown.
  3. Add the gum into it and roast till the spluttering spot.
  4. Add almond roasted wheat flour and stir well.
  5. Put it off and allow it to cool.
  6. Add the powder sugar, cardamom powder and saffron to the roasted mixture.
  7. Make a small round laddu.
  8. It is very healthy in winters, give this bitter sweet laddu to your family members for healthy winters.

Preparation Time: 25 minutes

Servings : 10 to 15 small laddus.
